The New Camellia Information Desk is not just a place for inquiries; you can also pick up and return keys for upgraded cabins, report lost items, make karaoke reservations, and request assistance with various issues that may arise during your stay. Since Korean crew members are always on duty, even travelers who are not fluent in Japanese can receive assistance without difficulty at the New Camellia Information Desk.

  • Cabin Key Collection/Return : If you have booked an upgraded cabin or similar, you must collect your cabin key at the New Camellia Information Desk immediately after boarding . Returning the key is also mandatory upon disembarking.
  • Entry Documents Available: Extra copies of the Japan Entry Declaration Form and Customs Declaration Form are always available. Please use them if you make a mistake filling them out or need additional documents. (However, if you arrive late, there may not be any spares!)
